Clinical depression is basically depression remaining for a longer period of time. Including long periods of low mood, no interest, social withdrawal, etc. It is not just a temporary breakdown or sadness but a series of whole tragic films. 1.A family history of depression: If there was a history of depression in the family, there are chances it can also lead to opening for other family members.
2. Imbalance in some brain chemicals: Chemicals like Serotonin and Norepinephrine can also contribute to it.
3.The body’s hormone levels: for example, during pregnancy or in menopause.
4.Major life changes: physical trauma, and chronic stress could all worsen it.
5. Psychological factors: Some Psychological factors such as Negative thinking, Low- self esteem, less confidence and other medical conditions can also lead to clinical depression.
1.Lack of Interest: Lack of interest is a common concern. Individuals suffering from Clinical depression seem to get distant from their favorite people, things or hobbies. This one is the most evident of all, where the person loses its interest from the things they used to love before.
2.Lack of Appetite: Change in food habits, not wanting to have a proper meal. No sense of thirst or hunger in the person etc.
3.Sleep issues: Insomnia or Sleep apnea is also a symptom of Clinical depression, also even after no sleep the person doesn’t feel sleepy, but yes there is no energy to work or do anything either.

4.Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT): ECT or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) can be applied. These methods help combing and managing the procedure of healing.

Depression and its symptoms and causes have to be analyzed well in order to proceed with the treatment.
