wowgeneric.com takes care to ensure that its users are 100% satisfied with the quality of the product delivered. However, the error is only human and if we fail to meet your expectations, we would be only happy to refund you in full.

Refund is possible if we are convinced of the following:

• The product delivered was either defective or past its expiry date
• The product ordered was either lost or damaged in transit

How to Request a Refund?

• Kindly send us clear photographs of the product and its original delivery package within 24-48 hours of receipt
• Please send a short note mentioning the problem with the order
